ILDNR deer pin information:The ILDNR
issued its first deer pin button back in 1978. There has been 3 different diameter sizes since 1978. The Firearm issued years
1978, 1980 and 1985 are all the same diameter size of 1 1/4". The year 1979 is the largest of them all 1 7/16".
The archery 1985 pin button is also a 1 1/4" in diameter. All the other years issued have all been the same size
1 1/8". Please keep this in mind when ordering a plaque from us or anyone else.
The first CWD(Chronic Waisting
Disease) pin was issued in 2005. So far there has been 05, 06, 07, 08 and 09 CWD Pins. These pins were
only issued in 5 different northern Illinois counties only which make them very collectible.
