Returns:

For any reason you are not satisfied with your product, send your items back to us.

Please include the original receipt if you still have it and a short description of your reason for returning the item.

If you paid by credit card, please include that number as we do not keep credit card information on file. We will also need your name, address and daytime phone number. We will refund your payment within one 7 days of receiving your shipment.

If you haven't received a refund after one week, please give us a call, 1-815-795-9797, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST.

If you would like to exchange your purchase, simply send it back to us.

Your exchange will be processed within 7 days of delivery to Custom Outdoor Advantage. Please allow seven to ten business days for the return shipment to reach you.
